Mudit loves building digital businesses from scratch and scaling them. Till January 2022 he was the ... Chef Operating Office of Healthians, one of India’s fast growing health tech start-ups. Prior to Healthians, he launched ground up and scaled the Large Enterprise Business at IndiaMART.  Prior to IndiaMART, he was CEO of Tradus.com (ibibo Group), an e-commerce marketplace that won the prestigious Economic Times Retail Award and Indian Retail Congress Award. Earlier, he was Founding Member of Yatra.com, and saw it metamorphose from five man team into one of India’s leading internet success stories. Mudit has been featured in “Top 100 icons of India’s Digital Ecosystem” by Exchange4Media. He holds MBA from Mumbai University and B.E. from the University of Nagpur, India. More

Raghu Khanna

But that fateful traffic jam changed the plans and he decided to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship. Bootstrapping with Rs. 20,000 and a team of two, Raghu faced some serious challenges initially, the biggest being complete absence of on-wheel advertising industry in India. Sharad Patney

Sharad founded VLink in 2006 out of a desire to mentor and nurture engineering minds in information ... technology. He believes in creating an environment where team members feel valued and empowered, which surfaces their strategic and problem-solving capabilities.  Under Sharad’s aegis, VLink now services a global clientele with over 400 employees worldwide. The company has a well-earned reputation for delivering innovative technology solutions that help businesses in their digital journey. Most recently, the firm’s SimplyEDI product was named Solution of the Year. On the corporate level, VLink is annually named a ‘Top Workplace in CT’.  Previously, Sharad helped manage the development and implementation of enterprise-wide business intelligence and analytics solutions at United Health Group. He holds an M.S. from the University of Connecticut School of Business and B.E. from the University of Nagpur, MH, India. He now advises the UConn Data Science program and is also a board member of the companies EXCELTO Solutions, Wink and Pout, and Outfy. More

At his mortgage lending start-up, Gravity Gains, he partnered with all major banks and NBFCs and gained deep understanding of the intricacies of the system. His start-up combined the best of good old fashioned customer service with the latest technology advancements in the lending space and grew fast, helping fulfill the dream of hundreds of families of owning a home. Nitin Nijhawan

Earlier, Nitin was the founder of Juventus Software, prior to which, he was a software engineer for IBM and is a certified IBM IT Specialist. He has a patent on database technologies and a Master’s in IT from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, India. An avid reader, Nitin’s favorite book is The Alchemist, which he says inspires him to dream big and follow those dreams. More
